Dry Aged Rib Eye Day Three

Well, I was going to try and keep this project a day ahead of posting but the Dottore has suggested that the dryness of my refrigerator may be finishing the aging process sooner than expected. Next time I do this I'm going to get a starting weight but currently the steak weighs in at 14 7/8 oz. Any comments, Dottore?
