Chef Matthew Dolan and Assistant GM Nathan Sheeran have put together a beer pairing menu that will be available in both the bar and the lounge area running from Sunday 3/25/12 through Saturday 3/31/12. We will be doing 6oz. pours of 3 Belgian ales along with 3 unique bar-style dishes created to compliment the beers.

red fruit, & a slightly sour finish
