Twenty-Five Lusk Belgian Beer Pairing Menu

As promised here's the latest on the Belgian beer pairing menu starting this Sunday from our friends at Twenty-Five Lusk:

Chef Matthew Dolan and Assistant GM Nathan Sheeran have put together a beer pairing menu that will be available in both the bar and the lounge area running from Sunday 3/25/12 through Saturday 3/31/12. We will be doing 6oz. pours of 3 Belgian ales along with 3 unique bar-style dishes created to compliment the beers.

SPICED PRAWNS
crispy plantain, candied orange, star anise

ST. BERNARDUS WIT watou- witbier with notes of citrus rind, coriander & cardamom



STEAM BUN
pork belly, pickled baby root vegetables

DELIRIUM TREMENS melle- golden ale with notes of apple & tropical fruit with a sweet malt & mineral finish



ROASTED DUCK CREPE
smoked comte cheese, fig mostardo

BACCHUS ingelmunster-flemish red ale with notes of tart cherry, red fruit, & a slightly sour finish
