Chef Jill Vedaa is a Cleveland chef with a career spanning over two decades and is one of several young executive chefs in the region.


She has worked under Chef Michael Symon at Lola and Chef Karen Small at The Flying Fig.


Chef Vedaa is the executive chef of Rockefeller's Restaurant in Cleveland Heights, serving modern American cuisine that borrows influences from around the globe. 

Vedaa also makes a mean cocktail.
