Eddie's Last Stand
Sushi chef extraordinaire Eddie of Yo-Yo Restaurant on 16th and Valencia in the Mission District of San Francisco, California struggles with a squash that might get the better of him.
I told him that in many African cultures a gourd is considered a symbol of good luck and wealth. And fertility. You should have seen this monster!
Eddie's off to walk about Asia and then perhaps to Ghana, Africa to team up with family in a new sushi business. We wish him luck in all his endeavors.
Anyway, here's to your health, wealth and the prosperity of your future ventures, sir!
"So long, and thanks for all the fish."
