Inside the Chef's Studio with Dottore Gus: Chef David Wees
And now, another edition of Inside the Chef"s Studio with Dottore Gustavo:
Chef David Wees has been running the kitchen at Cafe Divine in North Beach for the last eight years.
He has been cooking for 35 years and at the helm of all those Pirate ships for 25.
Dottore Gustavo from Chowbacca! ran into Chef Wees, his wife and their large, furry four legged child, Boris, at a bar that allows canines (looking at you, The Unresolved Love Life of Evelyn Lee).
We discussed many topics (okay, baseball) over a few adult beverages.
