Beef Stir Fry


I had some stew meat in the freezer that had been there for a while. I wasn't feeling stew, but I was feeling like cooking it off. I was also feeling stir fry. I sliced the beef into thin bits and marinated it in soy sauce, mirin, and rice vinegar. After marinating for a couple of hours it was time to put it together. In a tablespoon each of peanut and sesame oil I sweated some slices of garlic and strip of onion. I added the marinated beef and kept it moving until cooked through.


A little baby bok choy and kale for color and nutrition.


And serve it over rice. I even made a marinated tofu version for Wonder Woman's meatless needs.
