Cous and Cheese



Wonder Woman and I tried out "Chicken à la Dad" in the crock pot. It was good, but I'll stick with the oven version because the skin turns out crispy and less greasy. It was a "I should have seen that coming" moment, but now I know.

What to serve it with was the next question. I decided on this cheesy couscous made by simply preparing some couscous and mixing it with the old reliable Manchego cheese sauce. Yum.
