Kids Make the Darndest Desserts!



Mango and strawberry sorbets atop marshmallow and crisped rice treat. A triumph! Bravo, Wee Wonder!

  1. Notably similar to a lot of "molecular gastronomy" themes (popcorn and ice-cream, popped grains and whatever else, etc). I had a dish of puffed quinoa that the little one probably would have loved, sea-weed and sashimi and all.

    1. I had a popcorn and ice cream dessert in Park City last time that was fantastic. I like the sound of puffed quinoa.
