That's Bacon, (red leaf) Lettuce, and Tomato Jam. I added some arugula, which is considered a cabbage, but BLTJA was a mouthful. With just a touch of mayo on sourdough it's a sweet, salty treat and I want another one right now!

ReplyDeleteOh I have and it is fn delicious. Arugula, mayo and maybe a hint of honey, on Russian black bread. Gild the lily with a layer of trout roe.
