Caitlin's Dilly Potato Salad:
- 5 lbs of boiled red potatoes, cut into 1" pieces.
- 1/2 cups of mayonnaise.
- 1/2 cups of buttermilk.
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
- 1 cup of celery, chopped (I prefer to use only the hearts, leaves included).
- 1/2 large red onion, diced.
- 3-4 stalks of green onion, chopped.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Fists full of chopped, fresh dill (up to half a cup); or up to 1/4 cup of dry dill.
