Grill That Gourd: Grilled Cucumbers!


They're not just for pickles

Technically a fruit, this tasty gourd just needs some olive oil, salt, and pepper plus some lovin' from the heat to come to dinner. Try them with lemon pepper or other spice blend for extra kick.

Start them out in foil for a few minutes to soak in the seasoning. Then slap them on the grill to pretty them up with some grill marks.

 Cucumbers are loaded with Vitamin K and other nutrients, and let's not forget the fiber. Don't just pickle 'em, grill 'em!
