Finding that your rice isn't wild enough? Put down that Rice-A-Phony! Adding a tablespoon of vegetarian chicken flavored powder to the water before boiling gives the finished rice a nice boost.

Speaking of rice, (typing of rice?), don't waste that leftover Chinese take-out rice after it has gone dry and clumpy in the fridge. Put 1/8 cup of water in the bottom of a skillet, add rice, and cover over medium heat until the rice is steamed.
