Dress Your Salad!




I don't keep preservative-laden bottled dressings around. Why would I when a great salad dressing is as near as my well-stocked pantry? The dressing above is:

2 Tablespoons of Greek yogurt (plain, full fat)
2 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons of Champagne vinegar
1 Generous squirt of lemon juice

Other items that I mix-and-match are: balsamic vinegar, rice vinegar, kombucha green tea vinegar (post pending), avocado oil, grenadine, lime juice, ginger, chili oil, avocados, various infused salts and peppers, and so on. I've even made a dressing out of watermelon juice. Take a look in your pantry and experiment a little. Dress your salad!
