Eat This: Polski Smoked Sausage

This is some of the best Polish sausage I've enjoyed. Made with five minimally-processed ingredients from an old family recipe, Polski smoked sausage will be my sausage-and-kraut go-to from now on. It has a great flavor and texture.

My favorite way to serve it? Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over low heat and add diced onions and potatoes until the onions are translucent and the potatoes are just fork tender. Stir frequently. Add thin slices of garlic, about two cloves. Slice a couple-3 sausages and some sauerkraut. I used Farmhouse Culture organic sauerkraut. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and serve. It's so simple and delicious.

Of course, it's great on its own, too.
