Eh, not really a sermon. I've just been having fun with salads lately and thought I'd share. So stop flinching!
Quinoa goes great mixed with brown rice and lentils. If you make a lot of it, it's great on salads for days. Did I mention that it's good for you? It's good for you.
|Oil + Vinegar|
As I've yapped before, I like a lot of salad and I like variety so keeping a variety of oils and vinegars around to mix up salad dressings is a must. There's nothing like a fine aged vinegar and a quality olive oil to make a salad a treat.
