Upping My BBQ Chicken Pizza Game

Round? Meh.

BBQ Chicken Pizza Upgrade:

Let your judgment be your guide on amounts. I eyeballed all of it.

One Chicken Breast
Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
Apple Cider Vinegar (to taste)
A Generous Pinch of Thyme
Cave Aged Cheddar Cheese
Parsley
Pizza Dough
High-Heat Olive Oil

Pizza Stone
Parchment Paper
Cheese Grater
Whatevah

Thinly slice a chicken breast against the grain (from pointed end to rounded end) and marinade in a mixture of BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and thyme for at least an hour. Preheat oven and pizza stone to 400 degrees. On floured parchment paper, roll out dough and brush with olive oil followed by a thin layer of BBQ sauce. Place the pizza on top of the stone without cheese and allow to cook for 10-15 minutes until chicken reaches 15-160 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove pizza and top with grated cave-aged cheddar. Cook for five more minutes until cheese is melted, the crust has reached your desired crispness, and chicken reaches 165 degrees. Top with parsley. Allow result to cool slightly and consume.
