It's Hot Cocoa Season!


Tip: If you don't want to scald your milk (or, in my case, a 50/50 mix of heavy cream with Half and Half), a candy/deep fry/jelly thermometer will help you to keep an eye on things. I actually let mine go a little over my ideal while getting the pic below but I like to pull it from the flame at 120 degrees Fahrenheit (50-ish C).
